"Description of property is to a tee. Walk pretty much anywhere. Check in was easy. Communicating with host was fabulous. Very fast response time. Cute little place. Bed was comfortable. Hangout is literally right across the street. Shrimpy's grill and golf was behind property. That seemed to be our hangout. I would just recommend telling the house keeper to dust the walls. Other than that very clean. Stairs going up could use a sweeping as well. But condo was great. "

"The unit was very cute and clean. There was construction being done in the building, so there was some noise early every morning around 8 a.m. That detracted some from the peacefulness, but, we still enjoyed our stay."

"This property is a gem! Beautifully finished and they've thought to put everything you need in the space. Fantastic location--quiet neighborhood yet only a block away from the coffee/shops/restaurants of the downtown area.I stayed here with my 6'7" son, yet it didn't feel at all cramped. It has a spacious bathroom and plenty of room to socialize for a small family.I will absolutely stay here for my next visit to Fairhope!"

"Loved the white bedding, blanket and coverlet that reminded me of Marriott/Bonvoy beds- both Master Queen bed and the Queen/Full bed (bottom bunk) were really comfortable! Other rentals will definitely be compared to these beds! Plenty of pillows but we brought our own. Loved the little shampoos and soaps to get us by until we could buy more!We brought a lot of things with us and made instapot meals (we brought instapot)… this condo had plenty of pots, pants, utensils, icemaker (was off when...

"My husband and I needed a place to stay in Fairhope AL to attend a wedding. We also have family members in the area to visit with while we are there.The studio apartment was very clean and comfortable. It was so close to the bay. A beautiful area! It is small, but it was just right for us. "

"The location was perfect and the condo was the right size for 2 people. I was concerned about the cleanliness of the condo. It could’ve been much better. The floors and ceiling fan were in bad shape. Overall, the condo needed a good deep clean. We cleaned it up some ourselves.The other thing was there were no bath towels or kitchen towels provided. We had flown in and it was not fiesable for us to bring towels. So we had to buy some then leave them. Don himself was a great guy, very friendly."
