"I used to book on Bestwestern because I love their very heartwarming welcome and staffs are really helpful but this Bestwestern got me disappointed. First, we weren’t greeted welcome when we arrived at the lobby. The guy who helped us didn’t even have any information about the WiFi, breakfast etc. he just ask for my ID and credit card then hand us the card keys and told us our room number. Then, going to our room is a hallway that smells like a strong detergent and there was a cleaning lady on...

"Great location, amazing staff and great room. Only gripe was that my bed was so soft it was like sleeping in a hammock. "

"It’s a very cute quaint motel. Fairly priced except for the pet fee which in my opinion is ridiculous for $30 per night. Most motels it’s one set fee not per night."

"We loved our stay at Ocean Palms! I came here for a trip with my sister and my nieces and we had a great time. We loved how close we were to the beach (like a 30 second walk). The pool and hot tub area was great and there were plenty of tables and chairs to eat meals outside. The staff was so kind and accommodating. Will absolutely be staying here again. "

"Very comfortable. Good value for price. And Leucadia is appealingly quirky. The nearby beaches and lagoon walking trails are beautiful. For those here on Sunday mornings, the Leucadia farmers market is excellent "
