"Amazing hotel with stunning views of Lake Ashi. All-inclusive resort style, with Breakfast and dinner buffet included. Onsen with indoor and open air pools, all necessary toiletries provided, toothbrush/toothpaste, razors, q tips, combs, amazing skin care products! The Hakone Ropeway is just a 3-5 minute walk. It was a very relaxing and rejuvenating stay. Definitely recommend and would love to stay here again!"

"The property is a charming ryoken with simple amenities that is nestled in the mountains with beautiful views from the room. We slept comfortably on futons in our traditional tatami rooms.The kaiseki meals were amazing so didn't miss out on that experience. They have a private onsen during the evening that you can reserve and a men's and women's bath available . We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff who spoke English."

"Best Service ever. our 18 mths old child developed fever when we were on the way to the hotel. could not find any open hospital so we just wanted to try our luck to go straight to hotel and ask for help. they told us its better to ring ambulance when we arrived, also offered us to ring ambulance on our behalf, due to our limited Japanese. a manager (I assumed) even asked one of their staff to go outside to direct the ambulance on their entry. while we were waiting for the ambulance, they gave...
