"Amazing property!! Our room was so peaceful, very spacious, and very renovated. One of the best hotels in Japan that I have stayed in. Onsen was beautiful! Right next to a great outlet mall! Lots to do around the area. We were able to bus and uber around the property."

"High-end hotel right next to the train station. Very convenient but thats not the best part. Reserve a high floor room and enjoy amazing views. The breakfast buffet is second to none and you can enjoy drinks and snacks in the evening on the 30th floor. Staff is superb and friendly. Would definitely love to stay again. "

"Great location. Older style hotel and our initial room was very poor and we were moved to an excellent room because the air conditioning didn’t work in the first one. The second room had excellent beds, aircon and space. The staff service was impeccable, particularly Miss Watanabe as she helped us with many things like booking restaurants and finding a good Onsen. The breakfast staff were also wonderful as were the cleaning staff and others at reception. The hotel is old but obviously some rooms...
