"Staff were 10/10!! Very helpful and go above and beyond. The only thing we didn’t love was the cleanliness of everything, which was surprising given Japan’s usual high standards. We were staying for a month and had to ask for our room to be vacuumed (it looked like it hadn’t been done when we first checked in). Lots of dust and hair from previous guests around the room as well. Other than that, enjoyable stay. "
