"This was a beautiful stay. The facility is a little aged but it's been maintained well and the room views are phenomenal. The baths were clean and there was enough options that getting away from some of the noisier guests wasn't too difficult. "Everything was perfect especially the crews. They were always ready to offer their help. The breakfast was a set instead of a buffet but the variety was wide enough and it covered almost everything. No complaints. The only thing they can improve was the differences between the breakfast on the 1st and 2nd day. The breakfast was a bit cold on the 2nd day. "The property is a charming ryoken with simple amenities that is nestled in the mountains with beautiful views from the room. We slept comfortably on futons in our traditional tatami rooms.The kaiseki meals were amazing so didn't miss out on that experience. They have a private onsen during the evening that you can reserve and a men's and women's bath available . We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff who spoke English."
