"This place is clean, friendly, service crews are on point! Every night we were in the hot pool while snow is falling on our head. Only a mile from the Main Street. Coffee is great! Food and the servers were impressive. My family had an amazing Banff experience "

"Overall, very nice property, the living room area was old, but a very comfortable bed. Great location in the middle of Banff. A lot of restaurants nearby and my favorite was Fire and Farm inside the hotel. Cleaning service was excellent so was the underground parking. However, if they can just fix the data of furniture and decor, it will be a five star hotel."

"Lovely hotel in the heart of downtown Banff. Easy walking to great restaurants, shopping and beautiful scenery. Staff were personable, helpful and efficient. Room was clean, spacious with mountain views. Heated bathroom floors are a bonus. Would stay here again. "

"Nice place. Just stopped for the night on my way to Lake Louise. Was hard to fall asleep with the arrangement of an open foyer that has rooms above it. A large group was hanging out all night in the main lobby, well past midnight."

"We came from the Fairmont Banff Springs and found Lake Louise to be a bit underwhelming. Activities were very limited. We were “upgraded” to a suite with a view (and noise) of their ongoing construction rather than the lake view as requested. Food options were very limited. There were no real options outside of the hotel. Very nice hotel with its own level of charm."

"Great stay at Canalta Lodge between Christmas and New Year. Nice, clean rooms with helpful staff. Good breakfast options and enjoyed the hot tub, cold plunge and sauna. We even received rental discounts from Snowtips-Backtrax when mentioning Canalta. "
