"Not a 5 star resort. Close. Carpet worn out badly throughout hallways. Bathroom door repainted 20 times? Carpet bunched in room. Housekeeping didn’t check if alarm clock set for 2 am (good prank). Pump on shampoo broken (again housekeeping should have caught it). Not worth $500 for a view of the front driveway. Positives: beautiful property. Secluded location. Fantastic staff. Lots of amenities. But not a 5 star resort. "

"The room was very noisy. Neighbors upstairs and beside stayed till 2am. No parties, just walking and talking. Not much sound insulation between units. I could hear conversations in adjoining units, and our dog reacted to some of the noises. The supplied fire wood is poor. We had a fridge, but no microwave. Staff supplied a microwave."

"We booked a 5 nite stay in a King studio and was upgraded when we arrived to a 1 bedroom suite with Mountain view! We loved it so much we booked another nite ! The condo style suite was super clean, had all the amenities we needed to cook our own home cooked meals and was so cozy with the gas fireplace. Ypu could have your room cleaned and restocked daily or whenever required. Our balcony had great views and the BBQ was a great addition to a few delish meals! We used the robes to go down to the...
