"Practical and quaint. Loved the local toiletries in the room. Cozy Christmas decorations and warm lodge fireplace offered a warming atmosphere. Staff were very accommodating when we were traveling with our two kiddos and dog. However, staying on the main level would have been a little more ideal when travelling with pets. Hot tub area was a nice touch but was really crowded and the clorine was REALLY strong. Overall it was a nice stay!"

"This hotel was really great. We were however disappointed that the hot tub and pool were closed for Reno’s and parking was limited for trucks so we had to park at the high school … it was better than nothing but not the most convenient. "

"Great, cute, clean little place that is right in the heart of Banff Town. Close to all transportation, shops, restaurants. They curate a great little breakfast that is refreshed each day in your fridge. Nice bathroom. "
