Copperstone Resort

4.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (589)
"This was a "test run" - we were looking for a place that would be a good base for day hiking from and not in a major centre filled with people. The unit was pleasant, reasonably well cared for. Service in a place like this is relatively minimal - these are aimed at the "I want a clean place to sleep and cook a meal" crowd, so don't expect a whole lot of service staff to be around. We'll be back later in the hiking season for a longer stay."

"Our stay at one of the cabins was great! The cabin was perfect for a few days stay. Everything you needed was there. The view from the cabin was directly towards the Three Sisters and it was so peaceful. It was very hot outside so the rooms got very hot, but Shaun (sp?) was our hero and got us fans & it was just what we needed. I would definitely stay here again."

"The king sized bed (which was SUPER comfy to sleep on) was worth losing extra space over. It had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. Coffee maker, kettle, microwave, bowls, plates and cutlery made quick breakfasts feasible in the room. TV hooked up to our laptop for some down time. Small table with 2 chairs tucked in the corner was sufficient. Only suggestion is to get a couple of hooks for wet towels on the bathroom door back in there! "

Blackstone Mountain Lodge by CLIQUE

4.0 star property
9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (1516)
"It’s a fairly nice hotel. Our room was pretty nice but honestly had too many pieces of furniture that it made it cramped (a pretty large round table with 4 chairs next to 3 bar stools in a narrow space) I personally won’t book back there, I’d rather the Solara. If you do stay here, don’t stay on the first floor, it kind of felt like a basement suite. (Couldn’t see anything out our windows at all being lower then grade) Not a bad place though, nice aesthetics, clean, friendly staff, heated...
