"My family has all told me to keep this property marked to stay again. I was a little hesitant to stay at a dog-friendly location, but the entire property exceeded my expectations on cleanliness!It is well stocked with anything you could need for beach fun (beach chairs, cooler bag, golf clubs, kayaks, etc.) The kitchen was also well stocked with cooking utensils and even things like ziploc bags & tin foil. We enjoyed the layout immensely. The dining table is just gorgeous...a real piece of art! We love doing puzzles & playing games, so we used the table a lot! The only negative is the chairs are very uncomfortable. We ended up using towels, pillows & sweatshirts to make them feel a little better.Then there is the backyard...it is so well laid out! The area with the sectional and TV were great for our college bowl games. The grill looked brand new, or very well taken care of! As my kids said, the pool is not "elderly friendly" with big steps to get in & out...but everyone loved it! There are some loose tiles that should be fixed, but the chairs under the umbrella in the water, the pool area & hot tub were all well used by my crew. It didn't really bother us, but know that the hot tub doesn't have actual jets to make bubbles all over. It was still relaxing and enjoyable, but we were surprised that there weren't jets to turn on.All in all this house is exceptional! Nicole was a great host & my family wants to return ASAP!"
