Please be aware that the owner utilizes the services of outdoor security cameras to provide realtime off site monitoring and security services for the property. By entering into this agreement member/tenant acknowledges and agrees that member/tenant has been given prior notice of the security cameras and noise monitoring sensors and consents their usage.

The smart thermostats are hard set to a range of 72-80F Guests can control their desired temp within that range. We must comply to local power companies recommendations to avoid blackouts and freezings to the AC unit. This is the ideal recommended temperature for our humid coastal beach climate.
