"The manager Norman was very helpful when I needed assistance with a prepaid charge after our stay. My daughter have a service dog that I had prepaid for just in case we would have any issues with their accepting pets upon arrival. I was told the charge would be waived but when it went through the next day, he promptly refunded it and was so kind throughout the process. The room was very nice, clean, and the beds are very comfortable. "

"I had stayed for 7 day and choose to stay another. I had a good experience until the last day. The front desk clerk connected me about room payment, when of course I paid earlier in the day. When I came downstairs to show her my confirmation number, she had police waiting for me. I know why. Is this how guests are treated in DC? It was disheartening end to what was a good trip. Also though protesters were singing and were not checked, I was asked to keep my voice down while doing a live because...

"The stay was comfortable, and we had easy access to different restaurants and shops. Walking to visit attractions from the hotel was super easy and if you don't want to walk there are several ebike options near the hotel. The parking situation was probably the most complicated thing about the stay. The valet was not very helpful upon arrival. The hotel was clean and served a nice breakfast in the morning. "
