"Staff was good hotel was great but at this price point I expected better service from the employees. I like the fact that you can use the spa even though you do not have a service. But the spa is not as good as compared to other high end hotels. It is smaller with less amenities. The staff at the spa were excellent though. "

"Great setting in an old bank and superb location. Cafe staff were exceptional. Rooms were well decorated but our bathroom door was blocked by the shower so it wouldn’t open fully. Also, our room lacked hot water and once alerted to the fact an onsite engineer was dispatched. "

Although there were some things subpar the managers professionalism and troubleshooting for resolutions made it almost effortless. I would like to say thank you to Joe, the housekeeping manager, he was very kind and understanding. The restaurant was good. The location was excellent a 10 minute walk to the wharf. Close to the monuments....
