"We have never been treated so great in our lives! The property was so clean and there was always something fun to do. But the staff turn out to be what stood out the most as incredibly friendly and accommodating."
"Beautiful property in a fantastic area. Very close to Playa Del Carmen for shopping and restaurants. The food was terrific and the staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful!"
"All of the staff were friendly and helpful! The beach had a lot of seaweed this time of year compared to my last visit which was in the month of October. One of the restaurants "La Cocina" was closed and the price for the all inclusive package wasn't altered in consideration of that. Other resorts along the beach were loud at night sometimes even up to early hours in the morning. The resort had 2 open restaurants, 2 bars, a giftshop/Starbucks, and an arts/crafts area. They had spa on the resort...
"Great for families, awesome staff, good activities, but food quality and variety is mediocre and in some cases, not good.
Rooms are spacious and comfortable for families up to 5 or 6. Kids even have their own room.
Beach is small but plenty of chairs and palapas for shade and fantastic views and calm water.
Staff is awesome. Super friendly, attentive, responsive, great with kids, ran all activities well and with enthusiasm. The kids club was a lot of fun too.
The food was...

5/5 Excellent
"We stayed 4 nights. Staff was very friendly and the service was eexcellent. They don't work for tips but if you give it, it will be good for their service. Buffet has various foods and it was delicious. I enjoyed lot of foods. They have lots of events at the property. Plenty of bars, resturent, swimming pools. As property is very huge, they provide shuttle service. If you like to walk you have plenty of areas. Nature friendly property. Drinks are really tasty. You must drink magarita with tequila. I highly recommend this property. "

"We just got back from 6 nights at Ocean Riviera Paradise. We had a great time! The pools were beautiful. The service was great and most people were very helpful and friendly. There was a tram that came by every 15 minutes, but the resort is very walkable. The entertainment was excellent with dance shows every nigh. The food was mostly good, but if we didn’t like something, we just ordered something else. We really enjoyed the Osso Bucco at the Italian restaurant. The beach has eroded, but we walked left of the beach restaurant and past the next resort to where the lifeguards are, and the beach was beautiful. It had a rocky entry for about 20 feet, but after that was great. We will definitely return."

"Everything about this place was a 10/10. The staff was immaculate, they were all super friendly and the service was on point. I even extended my stay another day because I didn’t want to leave. Every restaurant is great and the buffet always had good options. The activities everyday were fun and entertaining. They put on a show just about every night which were all insanely good and when there isn’t a performance; there is an event. The beach was so close by and yes there is a bit of seaweed but it is the ocean so of course there is going to be some. The drinks were really good especially in the nightclub and I highly recommend doing their water aerobics class. Overall I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!"
