we didn’t have warm water nor electricity the first night. imagine being in 90 degrees then no ac. the food was adequate. we went to the mexican restaurant and waited an hour for my girlfriends food. was told only 1 chef was working. the site and property was beautiful but this didn’t give the best feeling also on our last night, house keeping came at 6pm then towels randomly at 9pm

Booked two rooms at this property room 2302 and room 311. Our rooms had no power for 1 whole day. Couldn’t even get ready to go out b/c we had no power to do our makeup or straighten our hair and rooms were extremely hot, so we were out hanging out at the pool till we were told we needed to get out by resort staff. 🙄We also noticed some rooms did have power and when we ask staff they said b/c they only allowed power for emergency’s ???We spoke to the on property manager who stated we will be getting a refund for the one day with no power but that we needed to go through Expedia since we booked through them. Now we are being told by Expedia that they spoke to the hotel but since booking was non-refundable and doesn’t allow any exceptions, they’re sticking with their policy and won’t issue a refund.

The property was very clean and the staff was very nice. The property also offered an abundance of beauty and photo opportunities with the landscaping and structures. Be prepared for the heat in México! 🌞 Bring a small fan, hat, and sunscreen.
