Great family resort! Staff was great food was good hotel was beautiful and clean. Wish it had better liquor. It wasn’t top shelf or even medium. Property very big so it’s exhausting walking and takes long for trolley. People were shoving to jump on. Other than that I do recommend this resort.

the food at this resort is medicore. Very bland and not alot of options. The view from the ocean front rooms is wonderful, but the room itself is old and musty/moldy. Our shower leaked so bad we would have a lake in our bathroom after showering. Employees weren't overly helpful.

El hotel esta muy bonito y tiene un buen servicio. Lo unico que deberia mejorar es los horarios de los servicios. Deberian abrir mas temprano al igual que cerrar un poco mas tarde. Ya que hay muchos tours y las personas llegan un poco tarde. Pero lo recomiendo totalmente.

We had a good time. We stayed in the adults only area for the ocean views. Easily hung out on with our friends who were in the family area with the shuttles. I would suggest more shuttles, they were pretty busy. My husband and I had the best massages lever in the spa, Thank you Isabel & Iris!

This property and dining options were excellent! The adults only section was quiet and restful, the beach is amazing and staff were welcoming. I also have to mention the shows! omg production and costumes were top tier, I've been to other resorts with entertainment but this one by far exceeds those standards, MJ musical was awesome! The bike rides are great and included. We will def return soon.
