"The staff is excellent. They anticipate and plan for your every need. Ivan and Carlos at the door were excellent. Elizabeth and Pricilla in the spa were great as well. So was the lady that did my pedicure. All of the staff from the door to the service in rooms and room dining, concierge and reception were excellent. I would definitely recommend you stay here. I loved every minute. "
"What a gem of a hotel. Feels like staying in a museum but with all the comforts you would expect from a luxury hotel. Upgraded to a large and comfortable room. Great staff and breakfast. Walked everywhere it’s so central. "
"Beautifully designed modern hotel with interesting ethnic art. Very convenient for the great galleries of Madrid and also next to a warren of streets and squares with restaurants and bars."
"The location was great. Transportation of using the metro and bus stops was only a 10 minute walk. Boutike Cibeles is situated between a bar and a restaurant so going out to eat was only footsteps away. Carefour the grocery store was a 10 min walk to get supplies to eat in. The apartment has everything one needs to stay and enjoy Madrid. The breakfast served every morning was wonderful and fresh eggs of your liking was absolutely awesome. "Excellent hotel ! Central location"
A verified traveller stayed at Barceló Torre de Madrid
"We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Everyone was very nice and attentive, they made sure we had the information we needed and that everything in our room worked properly. The hotel's location is great, you're near the Gran Via, the Plaza Mayor, the Palacio Real and Catedral de Almudena, the Puerta de Alcalá, and various museums as well as great restaurants, including MasterChef; you're within walking distance of most of these places and the Mercado de San Miguel, which is a great and exciting place to eat and buy things. We want to particularly thank Gonzalo, Jesús, Alvaro and Gloria for making our stay a great one, your service and warmth made a great difference for us. ¡¡Muchas gracias!! El servicio del equipo fue espectacular. ¡Esperamos verles pronto! "
