"The staff is excellent. They anticipate and plan for your every need. Ivan and Carlos at the door were excellent. Elizabeth and Pricilla in the spa were great as well. So was the lady that did my pedicure. All of the staff from the door to the service in rooms and room dining, concierge and reception were excellent. I would definitely recommend you stay here. I loved every minute. "
