"Due to customs being short staffed we did not get outside terminal until 12:39 am. A shuttle came and we were able to checkin …very pleased with the service."

"Great hotel right across from the plaza de Espana so very convenient. Roof top bar is amazing. Breakfast which was included was amazing. I do want to make a note its a big hotel. Staff was great, no issues with the elevators and there is a taxi stop right in front of the hotel which adds to the convenance."
