My stay was comped for a meeting so I don't know the cost. This hotel is in the periphery, a long cab ride from the center. Not much in the walkable nearby. The hotel is completely unique. Every floor has a different designer. Our floor was David Copperfield, all black. Rooms are similarly quirky and interesting. Beds very comfortable. Vast outdoor public spaces, pool, cocktail lounges, restaurants make this a very pleasant option. Good food and drink at reasonable prices. Everyone was very pleasant, spoke English and didn't laugh at my poor efforts in Spanish.

This hotel is about a 20ish taxi ride to city center, museums, Gran Via. There’s no bus or metro access. Hotel directly off a freeway. No room service. Very limited dining. Carpet was stained. Not convenient at all.

Room was super. Air conditioning was not great, maintenance tried to fix twice. Too hot, not a lot of privacy if travelling with someone that you don’t want them to see you showering. This was a space theme room, other rooms may be different. Breakfast was good, bed was comfy, good shower, mini fridge in room. The whole room had remote control blinds, dripdown TV

We were excited to stay in a 5 star hotel. But I wouldn’t give this hotel even 3. Check-in staff was very courteous. We had emailed in advance to ask for a kettle, but were told on arrival there weren’t any and would be given hot water instead. 3 calls and an hour later, we finally got a kettle minus even a tea-bag. The rooms were quirky but the open plan meant the shower cubicle has no door and opened up at the bedroom area. The toilet door didn’t stay shut and kept opening up. Would only suit a couple sharing this room. No power sockets near the bed, makes it inconvenient at night to have your phone nearby. The hotel is over-designed but not overly practical. The pool isn’t heated. They keep a deposit of 50Euro per night in case of expenses, but there isn’t even a minibar. So I didn’t see the point of it. It took 5 days for the amount to be credited back.

Staff were very nice and the hotel itself very close to the metro so it was super easy to travel to the city. However, you could hear when other room close their door during the night which bothered my sleep. Apart from that, it was a great hotel and trip!

Very nice and clean hotel. Staff is friendly. Location is good (15 min max from airport) and they have nearby metro and taxis as well. Also food at the restaurant is really good. Lots of options for breakfast. And for dinner they have good menu and food is tasty
