"The room was clean, quiet, efficient cooling system. Loved the decor- modern, steampunk - especially the Urban Garden area! The only downside was no airport shuttle was provided."
"The hotel was very convenient along with it's shuttle service to the airport. Very clean and modern. Also, we ate at the restaurant and the food was delicious. A recommended place to stay that's close to the airport."

"Fabulous stay at Emperador , good location , great facilities especially the roof top pool and restaurant."
"Due to customs being short staffed we did not get outside terminal until 12:39 am. A shuttle came and we were able to checkin …very pleased with the service."

"Location is amazing: in the heart of downtown. Transportation is within walking distance. There are two metro stations super close by, Callao and Gran Via. Also buses out front. The hotel is just a beautiful property, perfectly appointed with era-appropriate furniture and features while also modern conveniences and a gorgeous bathroom. It was isolated from street noise but you can hear noise from other rooms (I think it's the new normal). Great staff. Incredible buffet breakfast (which was optional)."

"We have visited Madrid a few time before and also had dinner at the restaurant located in the hotel so this time decided to try the hotel and was not disappointed. We selected a room with a view of the Plaza and was very happy we paid the extra.
The staff at reception are really friendly, the hotel style is perfect, room was large and very clean with an amazing view over the plaza. They have a roof top bar which has good vibes but not the best for views due to the high walls but a perfect sun trap.
Highly recommend the breakfast and also the restaurant for dinner."

Location was right in Gran Vía next to Plaza España metro station.
Juan or José? (intern) and Andrés were very kind at check in. Very helpful men.
The room was great and comfortable. It had everything I need. Looking forward to coming back again!"
