"The room was not really clean, i could see fingerprints on the TV, the shower screen and the wardrobes. The room is good size with comfy beds and the bath room is also good size. "Loved our stay. Super comfortable room which was cool as the name suggests ! There are lots of places to visit nearby if the main attractions are too busy. The reception team had some good recommendations. Most places seem to be within a 10 to 15 minute walk. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. We also enjoyed using the sauna and steam room. "

"This was my third stay at this hotel. It is consistently excellent. The staff are friendly and helpful and make you feel welcome. The hotel and outside spaces are well maintained. The hotel rooms are also very nice. The buffet restaurant has quality delicious choices. The only improvement would be the dessert selection - I have lactose intolerance and there was only fresh fruit on offer for me. Other than that, this hotel is wonderful. A short walk into Palma along the Marina.. just perfect....
