"Location is amazing: in the heart of downtown. Transportation is within walking distance. There are two metro stations super close by, Callao and Gran Via. Also buses out front. The hotel is just a beautiful property, perfectly appointed with era-appropriate furniture and features while also modern conveniences and a gorgeous bathroom. "This is an amazing hotel and one we highly recommend. The lobby, reception areas, pool and rooms are top quality and very updated. The only complaint this visit, and it's a small one, is that the downstairs bar was not open at all during our stay. The only bar was the pool bar. As it was quite hot during our visit, it would have been nice to have an indoor bar option. "
