"We spent our honeymoon in Barcelona and the hotel was so amazing! The staff at check in and check out were the most friendly. They took such good care knowing it was our honeymoon including a bottle of cava and decorations in the room with chocolates! The rooms are absolutely amazing and so large! 5 star hotel with 5 star service. The staff at the rooftop bar were absolutely incredible. We spent a lot of time up there relaxing and drinking by the pool. We had dinner one night at Caelis which was...
"It is a beautiful, boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed. The rooftop pool was wonderful. The showers and tub is extra large and the bed is comfortable. The service is outstanding. Joel was especially helpful. The included breakfast was varied and delicious. I would recommend it wholeheartedly. "
"This was my 3rd stay at Hotel Colon and it was another wonderful stay. I love the helpful staff and the great central location in Barri Gothic. We arrived early and our room was ready, which I really appreciated. Our room was located on the 3rd floor that was totally renovated one month ago. Comfortable design room with super comfy bed. Breakfast is great with lots of choices. Roof top terrace has been totally renovated as well and just reopened without the pool. "
"Nice public areas and rooms, the area was OK but not that central. I thought the restaurants should have been better, difficult to find information and menus"

"Staff was very attentive. The property was well maintained. What was the most memorable thing was location, location, location.
The property was immaculately kept!!!!"
"This was a great hotel! Nice rooms, though the pillows were too fat for me. Didn't think to ask for other pillows. Don't be afraid to ask for help, they are fast and friendly (came to show us how to control the air conditioner and fix our TV).
Breakfast was very good. Nice rooftop bar. Sorry to miss the pool as it was not open when we stayed.
Not sure if paying for a more expensive room was worth it as our friend's room looked pretty similar for less money. Though our view was amazing and their's wasn't.
Hotel is on a street with lots of cafes and stores. The Metro is right outside the door. (Use it to go right to Sagrada Familia. Which you better have bought tickets to in advance!)
The staff at the hotel were so very nice. I can't say enough nice things about them!"
