"Hotel staff were very friendly and professional! The place was also very clean and close to a lot of public transit options. I wish regular rooms also did come with a microwave/fridge and not just the suites, but that would be the only takeaway I had from my stay there. I would definitely stay there again if I'm in NYC and would also recommend it to friends. The rooms were clean, spacious, in a convenient location, and the staff were super friendly and professional. "

"In reality this is a youth hostel. The washrooms were a disaster and the windows that do open also let in the cold weather which at 32 degree and lower is not a good thing. TV's don't work except the one in the lobby, Insufficient bedding (ask for extra towels and blankets and they will be provided) and rather uncomfortable sagging beds with thin and sagging mattresses. No maid service during stay. No frills to the max!"
