"Overall would recommend staying at the Arthouse! We loved the door holders and men who took care of our luggage needs. Rooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable. Cafe and bar downstairs was wonderful. Only issue is that there was some miscommunication at the front desk. We asked for linen to be changed. They confirmed they would but it never happened. We were also told that we could do a late checkout by the front desk. Around 12 we went to checkout and they said our party was already checked...

"Staff... Didn't like. Extra for a microwave. Won't stay there again."

"We had a great 3 night stay. Walkable to lots of food options and things to do. Lots of breakfast options at the hotel. We could not get into our room until 3:15pm which was a bit odd. The water pressure in the shower was weak and the air unit was noisy overnight. "

"I found this property very convenient to get to the cruise port and also get to the movie theater. The bedroom was not large, but I expected to be the average size for the location as it is in New York City, the only issue I had was the Internet. It was glitchy at times, I had to try several times to login but once you got it working generally it was good most of the time. Also, there was a plastic piece of the grate on the AC heating unit that was on the floor. All they would have to do is glue the piece back on permanently"
