« By far, this is the cleanest VRBO we've ever stayed at. The owner is a great communicator and helped us get our trailer we were towing stowed away so we could enjoy our time in Savannah. While the photos of the boathouse are nice, they do not do justice to just how beautiful the place really is. You just have to stand in it, believe me. The kitchen is very well-appointed and we had 3 meals in during our two night stay. We drove only 13 minutes to get to the Savannah visitor's center parking...

« We were a party of 9 adults on the island for 9 days. When we 1st pulled up to the property I was a bit concerned about the size from the outside, but once we were inside that was no longer a question. The place is incredible! Well maintained, clean, great layout for such a large group, and incredibly spacious. Slept 9 comfortably and we all had plenty of space. Everything was exactly as advertised and we had no issues at all with anything not working. Washer and dryer were very nice to have....

« Our family had a wonderful stay at Evelyn's cottage. The beach is close, and the neighborhood is quiet. The cottage is well-equipped, and so beautifully designed that it's a delight for the eyes. I could not recommend it more warmly. »

« My son and I stayed at the Blue Dolphin house while attending weekend wedding festivities with family. We had planned on a larger group but the hurricane and other circumstances changed who was able to travel. I let Patty know and she was responsive and kind regarding our change in circumstance. The cottage was perfect! It had everything we needed for a stress free stay. We would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to others. « Lovely old cottage, very comfortable and beautifully decorated; we enjoyed our stay so much! Located next to a town park, where we walked a loop under the trees every day. If you’re looking for a unique place to stay, this is it. Two screened porches, vintage building and decor with modern comforts. We could walk to North Beach. And cocktails at the North Beach Grill! Also very close to Sea Wolf, where we had great Tybee Salt Bombs (local oysters) and gourmet hot dogs. Highly recommend. »

« This is the 4th time we have stayed here and we truly love the location and the charm of it. There are a few things, though, that we really wish would be addressed. 1)The mattress - I’m pretty sure it’s had the same mattress through all of our stays. There is no firmness, just feels like we’re sinking in a hole and we have to put pillows under the mattress just to sleep somewhat comfortably. 2)The air conditioning - it only goes down to 70 and that only cools the upstairs. « This cottage was adorable! It was clearly marked, within walking distance to beach, and couple of restaurants. Things to know: internet can be spotty at times, driveway is gravel and there a couple of stairs. Not a big deal unless you have mobility issues. It was perfect for my husband and I. I could not imagine having more than 2-3 people in this space. There is no dishwasher so you need to bring paper plates or wash your dishes. I would totally stay here again. Very quiet neighborhood. »

« Stayed for the Thanksgiving holiday with my extended family of 15. Communication with the host was easy, the house was in excellent condition and the location right on the beautiful beach was a huge bonus. The house is huge but a funky layout. Only 6 of the bedrooms have bathrooms, because the master suite has 2 full Bathrooms. Would definitely suggest this house. Loved our stay. »
