They refused entry to our service dog based on a lack of knowledge. It took us quite some time to inform them they were wrong and try to educate them on the rights of service animals. Eventually, we were successful in getting thru to them and were allowed to enter with him. It's very frustrating that this lack of understanding/knowledge still exists when the information is literally at your fingertips.
I bought tickets obline ahead of time and saved money and its very convenient

Disappointed that all the plants/rocks/décor inside the aquariums are FAKE.
Busy in the summer but good
Very busy on the august long weekend (Saturday). Was hard to see exhibits.
