Had an issue with the bathroom light bulbs - 4 of 6 bulbs were out. Sophia and I kept missing on communication to get someone out to replace the bulbs. Overall a good experience. »

« This location is perfect. a nice spot with a pool just a walk away (15 minutes) from the falls. Perfect place to stay to take your family on a Niagara falls adventure. very nice rooms, very clean, kitchen etc - everything you need. And the pool is really nice and perfect for those in between moments when the 8 year old still needed something to do. Chris was so gracious and so accommodating, answered every question/text and was really helpful when we were there! »

« We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and bed was comfortable. They changed one of the couches out for a table and chairs which was nice to have. Didn't realize when we booked it there isn't a full kitchen but that was our fault for not noticing. It's convenient to a bus stop so we didn't have to pay for parking. The tv was rather grainy and not good quality not other than that it was a nice stay. »

The staff were top notch customer service, the room was comfortable for 5 of us, the view was amazing and relaxing from the kitchen looking out to sitting at the fire pit to walking the beach and playing games. A little far to actually walk to the falls with kids (it's about 30 mins), but we had bikes and it was a short ride there, and there's nice bike routes going along the Niagara River. Some parts of the jouse have been renovated but some others are still in need of some TLC (old creaky staircase, some moldy spots on the bathroom ceiling) but overall it was comfortable and clean, and decently priced for the location. »
