"Stayed here for 2 nights, it was my birthday. the staff was amazing, very kind and accomodating, hotel room was phenomenal, me and my bestfrind booked the king bedroom with jacuzzi, and the jacuzzi was AMAZING!! Bathroom was nice and big, perfect mirror and counter space for makeup. shower is a bit on the smaller side but that didnt bother me at all. Room was nice and clean when we came in, bed was comfortable, has a nice desk if you were to stay there for buisness, LOVED the TV, its not like other places even if you get a nice room the tv is usually small and not great but this one was big, sound was nice, easy to hook up my console, very good price for the room we got, its super close to everything, walking distance to big spots everything is usually within a 7-10 minute walk, walk outside and your right on the strip. Only reason i didnt give a full 5 star was because our toilet kept clogging (they were great about coming very quickly and helped us) then our keycards would just stop working, but they were great about giving us new ones when needed. Also a little upset that the pool was under maintenance so we couldnt use it but i will DEFINITLEY be coming back here in the summertime!!! "

"Overall the White Oaks resort has many positives- beautiful lobby and dining areas, wonderful breakfast, fantastic staff, nicely decorated room, many options for in-room movies. The one negative was an uncomfortable bed- too high and the mattress was too firm for both my husband and me."

"I had an unforgettable stay at the Oakes Hotel in Niagara Falls, especially given the snowy weather during Family Day weekend. The check-in staff were fantastic, setting the tone for a great stay. When I first arrived at my room, the layout was a little unusual, but it made for a fun story to share. At first, the windows were frozen over, so I couldn't enjoy the iconic view of the falls, which was a bit of a letdown. However, after exploring the area for a few hours, I returned to the most magical sight—the falls in all their glory, visible through my windows! The experience was truly special, and I’ll always cherish the memories. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I can’t wait to return someday."
