"At check in, a trainee reception staff was very good and directed us to all the places we needed to go to get tickets on the metro and explained everything to us, all staff were friendly, hotel clean quiet and swimming pool was good. Would definitely stay there again "

"Very nice, helpful, friendly, kind and cool staff. The whole concept of the hotel is fantastic. They offer a lot for a fairly lowcost hotel. There is a gym, a laundry, restaurant, bar, ping-pong tables, table tennis, children's play area, free coffee all day, etc - you name it! I absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone, even for a longer stay. It is connected with a closed corridor to the airport and to the metro and train station, you get to the city center within 20 minutes. I will definitely stay here again if I come back to Copenhagen. Fantastic service, nice comfortable bed, nicely decorated, large, functional rooms. Great breakfast and dinner. Everything was perfect."
