"Hotel is in a good location, easy to walk to main amenities.. The staff are very smart and attentive, particular thanks to Gary who is wonderful we got a lovely welcome from the him when we arrived. Also Kyan looked after us on reception. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice. Room was comfy and good facilities. We used the Spa which is really nice with a good sized pool. Would definitely recommend."

"GREAT GREAT hotel in such an excellent location. The Cathedral is next door and there are lots of really good restaurants close by. Be sure to try the German Restaurant on the left at the end of the arcade area next door, the staff and food is wonderful. There is a laundromat about a 10 min walk from the hotel (just past the Berlin TV tower) it is easy to use and very clean. "

"From the moment we arrived, the staff at The Grand ensured we had a marvelous experience in EVERY way! The room was adequate, although it would have been nice to have a few more functions in the kitchenette, but we made sufficient due. Particularly, at the front desk, Cameron greeted us as we arrived hours before check-in. She sprung into action and offered us to take our bags, gave us a key card to use the bathrooms and enter the Club so we could get coffee and something to eat and was there to help us check in later. She was there, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. And, as we also interacted with other staff, there was no one who didn't exemplify the same type of service. Marvelous!! Couldn't recommend this hotel more!"
