The disapointment was the room inside did not reflect property, it was dated (old curtains), noisy AC with must/humid smell, TV with choppy casting, even hotels promo channel pixeled (I would not expect this from a Camino Real hotel) I would go back for what property offers, that superceeds the room, but room underwhelming"

"We found our room to be dusty when we checked in. There was also some garbage left in the bathroom. Overall, the staff cleaned well each time we requested our room cleaned. The facilities themselves are dated, but do the trick. They have a great gym, and the pools are very well maintained. Obviously, the best part of this resort is the fact there are 3 beaches to choose from. All have wonderful swimming. The property is massive. There are many stairs and hills, but there are shuttles...

"Our room was quiet, clean and had a view of the garden area, a small balcony was included. The staff were the best part of our stay they were always smiling and happy to help from Anna at the front desk to our favourite cleaners, shuttle drivers, servers as well as the concierge. All of our inquiries were answered and any issues were immediately taken care of. The food was okay, we did not go hungry. The beach club was a nice bonus however, located on a beautiful beach swimming in the ocean...
