"I stayed 6 nights end of March. Staff was amazing and friendly, restaurant service impeccable and all my dishes breakfast and dinner were delicious, pool clean, distance to centro less than 10 min. Close to shopping centers and beaches. Rooms have full size toiletries. Older rooms but clean and comfy. Suggestions, fridge and microwave and better lighting in the room. Some light music in restaurant would be nice. A small shop w snacks, water, pop etc. I definitely will be returning. Thank you. Very nice and helpful staff. Massages a plus. Gracias de Chicago "

"Loved it all. Staff were amazing. The most friendly we ever had. The lobby bar server's were especially nice. Cannot say enough! Actually the most annoying thing was how some of the " entitled" guests treated the staff. Pretty awful. Yet the Staff never pushed back. We stepped in once when a sign clearly stated a rule. The staff tried to enforce it. The guests ignored it and argued with staff very aggressively. The staff members were incredibly polite to them enforcing the rule. We and many other guests approached the staff after telling them how well tgey gandled the awful guests. Well done!"
