« We were notified 10 min before leaving that there was a mix up in reservation. We had to be put elsewhere or cancel. A total bait and switch scheme. Dirty, couldn't even use one of the beds. Just awful. If this is an example of what VRBO has for property "landlords" VRBO is not doing their follow up well. I am fearful of using VRBO again »

« The property was very well-appointed and clean. The area was transitioning and there were many places that looked unsafe. There was a set of blinds on one window that would not go all the way down, so that made me nervous. I propped things up against both doors for added security. Surprisingly I slept straight through the night which lets me know it was quiet and peaceful that night. I would try it again, though. »

« The location was perfect for us. We loved being able to walk to Hollywood cemetery, and my husband loved being able to easily bike to both the Pump House park and to the Belle Isle bridge. Everything else was an easy drive(under 10 minutes). The property was clean and, check in/out was very easy. We would absolutely stay again. »

The loft had everything we could have asked for and was immaculate. Instructions for entering the loft were clear and easy to follow, as well as communication before, during and after was A+! My only suggestion is that the outside of the place was difficult to find - possibly a photo of the entrance would help! But once we found it, the rest of the stay...
