The front desk people were nice and offered to hold my luggage while I attended a conference but then when I got up to my room, the drawers in the bedroom kept falling open and would not stay closed in the Lovely room, then when I went to take a shower I couldn’t figure out how to use the handle and it was loose like it was falling off. But the room did look like it had just been remodeled which was good. Then they told me I got free breakfast and when I came downstairs I was charged for the food I ordered. Regarding the shower issue, I called the front desk and the front desk lady was YELLING to her associate to have a man come upstairs to check it and she seemed like she didn’t know what she was talking about. Other than that it was fine

This was a prefect property. The room was a suite, so much space. This was a place I would live if it was an apartment. So quiet, the elevators were great, love that they only hold a few people instead of a mass of people. Loved my stay would stay again for sure!!!

Property was clean and checkin and valet parking easy. They allow dogs and we had particular dog on our floor which was barking all night and subsequently the owner was going in and out of room u til early early morning hours. After having me sign a “no party/noise” affirmation at checkin it seemed it should go for dogs as well.

We received a complimentary upgrade to a suite, and our room was wonderful - spacious, clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. All the staff were friendly and willing to offer help. You also can’t ask for a better location when it comes to restaurants and bars. We walked to breakfast and dinner each night.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at The Commonwealth. The staff is amazing. The hospitality was wonderful. You can see they work as a team to make your stay comfortable and absolutely wonderful. The valet serive is quick and careful. Very grateful. I ordered the shrimp carbonara from the restaurant and it was so flavorful. I highly recommend. The bedding is great and the space is juuuust right. My friends had the doubke bed rooms and they were spacious! We had the comfy single bed room and it was great. Very decorative and clean ❤️
