"My experience was fair, the room was dated, worn curtains, rugs appeared dirty and highly stained, a few bugs roaming. The balcony door was difficult to open, but with force gain entry to the balcony. The towels worn, didn't appear to be cleaned. Overall okay for one night stay. "I was slightly off put by the older building, and the doors are not in an enclosed hallway, they open up to an outside balcony/hallway. So this time of year in December is VERY cold and windy being on the beach. The furniture is slightly worn and paint chipping, but they served their purpose. The floors could have been mopped better, bring slippers or socks if you plan on coming here! The place smelled clean though, not like a smoked in place at all.
