« Très beau chalet meublé avec goût, en retrait de la rue et donc très calme. Le logement est spacieux et très bien conçu, la terrasse est un vrai plus. La literie est confortable, le lieu est très douillet. Et il y a tant de choses à faire : Big Sur et ses parcs, les safaris baleines et dauphins à Monterey. Une très belle adresse, et une communication facile avec les propriétaires. On recommande ! »

The neighborhood is incredibly quiet and nestled in the Skyline Forest area of Monterey. The roads and driveways can be steep, but the views are amazing. « We liked everything about this classic, updated motel. Service was friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. We had a standard, amply-sized room with a fireplace as a bonus, at an affordable rate. Feels like a mid-century California coastal motel, in a row of similar places down the road. It was a little bit of a walk, not terrible, to the downtown and Cannery Row locations. We walked throughout of our 3-day stay without trouble. We'd stay at the Arbor Inn again to visit lovely Monterey. »

« The location and views could not have been better. The communication with the property manager was excellent. The house is well worn and dated. I think the listing should make it clear that with the 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor, there is only one bathroom, and while the primary is the only bedroom upstairs, there are 2 full baths upstairs.
