The property is beautiful and room accommodations were clean and well kept. The dining and beverage options are quite expensive, although expected, the quality of the food did not match the price! We had scheduled an excursion through the resort that was canceled 1 hour before departure which was disappointing, but luckily we located another excursion outside of the resort that took my children and I on an amazing private 3 hour tour! There jazz club was phenomenal however no children are permitted at 9 pm. There’s not much to do after 5 pm as the water park and pools close unless you enjoy the casino. Overall we had a great trip and stay at Grand Hyatt Baha Mar.

Overall our family had a great first trip to Baha Mar. I agree with a lot of the reviews, some staff seem unfriendly at times, but overall most of the staff was great. The grounds are beautiful and have everything you could need. Dinner was better than I was expecting. Not typical all you can eat type resort food. Would definitely come again. Water park was also great.
