The main issue with this property is the proximity of the adjacent office block. I booked a twin queen bed balcony room and the rooms of this style look straight into an office block. Neither the hotel or the office building have tinting to the windows so there is zero privacy. The balcony is unusable as you are literally looking at someone at their desk. We were initially given a room on floor 9 and it was so dark inside and the lighting in the room is completely inadequate. We moved to level 16 the next day which was slightly better but still was far too close to the offices. You can not relax in these rooms for being overlooked. I have no idea why this hotel was built with balconies on just two sides but it was chosen for one of these sides to be right next to the office across a very small road. They could have use a different aspect of the building for the balcony rooms. I personally think this hotel is very overpriced. There is no restaurant for breakfast. The swimming pool is not really usable and is very bizarre to have a nightclub with it. The other bar in the hotel is nice but has multiple screens showing sport all the time so it is not a relaxing environment. The only positives to this hotel is its proximity to Stanley Park and the harbour and also the majority of staff are excellent. If you chose to stay here please call the hotel to check where your room will be and ask if you will be the side looking into the offices.

Nice big rooms, very clean, pleasant staff, The traffic is noisy when trying to enjoy the hot tub and the view from the large windows and balcony on the 19 th floor looked directly into an office area under construction, the construction area was a mess

Nice & welcoming front desk staff. The valet was kind of hard to talk to. It’s a relative new building and facility, and love to go back and try harbor-view rooms.
