« The location of the unit is in a nice quiet area, quick access to the beach. Overall the place is nicely set up with everything you need for your stay, linens, beach chairs, games, kitchen supplies. Cleanliness could have been a little better but for the price it wasnt a bad stay. »

« this unit is on the 5th floor and we never heard anyone unless it came from outside, no footsteps overhead. all linens were provided. the parking garage has an exit that leads out to the beach, so we were able to keep most of the sand away by storing beach stuff in the car. they provided laundry and dishwasher pods as well. »

« Very nice place. Friend and I spent a couple nights while visiting my college child who’s working in OC this summer. Cute very well appointed condo. Very comfortable for two people. Nicely appointed, linens, towels, beach stuff… I am quite picky and not often do I do rentals, but was quite impressed and would stay at this condo again. Thanks for a comfortable stay. »

« The unit is lovely with a well thought out floor plan well stocked and we'll located. The weather wasn't good but we made the best of it. We did have difficulty getting in and I was a bit annoyed when the person we were talking with from Vascasa kept saying our check in wasn't until 4pm and the reason the code wasn't working when it was a 2pm check in...it all worked out and we had a great stay. »

« First, I was contacted by the manager asking for the payment to be made cash or money order or I would have to pay a $40 for paying with a credit card. Second, the distribution of the property is incorrect, it says it sleeps 17, it might sleep 10comfortably. Third, the bathroom door in the front of the apartment needs a new handle, when u go in u get stuck and u will need someone to open it for u from the outside. Forth, the apartment was not clean, I belive they do not change the bedding...

« The apartment overall was fine and was adequate for our needs. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go (beach, restaurants, boardwalk) The negatives are the awful cigarette smell when you enter the building and elevator, the floor of the apartment was really dirty, and if the AC was turned on the balcony was useless because of the hot air blowing on you. »

« We loved the studio!! It offered everything that we needed! The bed pulled down from the wall, but was surprisingly comfortable! Everything was Very clean, I wiped around the unit, all wipes turned up clean. Location was perfect! Right across the street from the beach. « This is one of the best places for off season renting. It"s quiet yet right on the beach so you can hear the waves. It was raining almost the whole time but we still had a great visit. Beds were very comfy and that is very important to me. The bathrooms were clean and updated. Kitchen was ok with an older coffee pot and sparse dishes,silverware. Lots of pots and pans. So, I'd say replace to coffee pot with a new one or Keurig and just an extra set of plates and silverware. We will be re-renting...

« We love the fact that we had a beach front view and just a few steps from the beach itself. The places has great amenities. The only downfall is that the whole place is dated, the building and the apartment we rented. The wait for the elevators is crazy, but besides that, the location was great and the price right for the place. »

« When I first arrived, I was disappointed that the pool was closed which is why we picked this hotel. It did open the day after and we only got to enjoy it for a day. The hotel was very clean, a little outdated but overall it was a nice place to stay. I would stay again as it was two blocks from the beach and walking distance to restaurants.
