"I have read a few reviews about the Grand Hotel being one of the worst hotels in Llandudno but it actually wasn't that bad at all, considering the price I've paid for. It is at an excellent spot within the area. Yes, the floors are a bit creaky, and the rooms are a bit out dated, but the main thing was to have a nice rest after exploring Llandudno, and we did. Would I recommend this hotel? Not to everyone because people have different standards, but to someone looking to save on a night's stay...

"Staff were very polite always respectful couldn't fault them. Although hotel was on a main road it was very quiet and easy walk to the towns restaurants and pubs. Llandudno pier was just across the road. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again."

We had a really lovely weekend, but….. the one downfall, we found was, when they say ‘pet friendly’ really the hotels should provide what facilities cannot be used. We were ‘not’ allowed to use the bar OR the restaurant. We were put into a snug/small lounge area for drinks, so felt very out of it for atmosphere. ...
