Room was clean and neat, we were alocated an accessible room which we did not need, the shower gel was under the shower head which could not be moved so the gel was washed away before you could get your hand away. How someone with mobility issues manages I don't know!. The heater in the room beside the bed banged and popped all night so we had hardly any sleep the first night till it was fixed. "We really enjoyed our stay, from booking to checkout the staff were attentive and helpful. I phoned to request a walk in shower for my elderly nan in 1 room and they sorted it straight away, also making sure we were in rooms next to each other. The bar was lovely, breakfast even better and the rooms had everything you could ask for, nothing had been left out with a lovely view on top. It was walkable to everything and we had a lovely stay.
