« This hotel is a gem! It's in a lovely location and the staff are fantastic - so helpful and friendly. They were also great with our dog. The on site restaurant has a varied menu and the food is excellent. The rooms themselves are also comfortable and there is plenty of parking on site. We had a fab stay and would love to return. »

« The room was clean & tidy although some of the furniture had marks on them view from window was stunning breakfast on first day was ok the beans were just warm bacon could have been cooked more second day was better had a muffin with scrambled egg which was a little runny for my liking but it was hot breakfast room does get busy as it's quite small where you help yourself to cereals etc staff are very polite and helpful »

« An excellent 2 night stay in a single room in the Gwydyr Hotel, Betws-Y-Coed. My room was comfortable and clean as was the bathroom. We were a party of 7 plus a dog celebrating a 50th Birthday. We ate in the hotel both evenings and we all enjoyed our food. The breakfast menu included continental and cooked food which was well presented and delicious. « My husband and I opted for a short holiday in Wales and chose to go to Conwy. We chose the Erskine Arms based off reviews and it was even better than we expected.
