My only minor complaint is there are no stairs option going up. Sometimes during the amazing breakfast it gets crowded around the elevators, which are kind of slow. "

"My 10 year old loved the game room and we appreciated the location and cleanliness. Staff were always around and helpful. We really liked the onsite parking. Security was always walking around too! We expected the parking fees and the resort fees (as any place in SF). We really didn’t have any complaints! Hoping to use the pool when we come back. The cabanas looked very relaxing! "

He was wonderful brought our luggage in was kind. Thoughtful asked if he could do anything else for us. Give us directions Location was perfect just what we needed.
