It truly is an oasis from the chaos of Marrakesh, and felt so relaxing to come back there knowing we had such amazing comfort awaiting us! And the added bonus of music and entertainment every evening just topped it off beautifully - as others queued up for access to the bar and restaurant we were treated like royalty as guests, and afforded every luxury."

"I had an amazing stay here. The staff were top notch and extremely helpful during our entire stay. I had a few issues with my initial room that I was given at check in, and when I brought them up to the onsite manager, he quickly went out of his way to change my room. ALL of the staff I interacted with were fantastic. From the front desk, to the restaurant staff, to housekeeping, everyone went above and beyond. The rooms were great and very comfortable. Even the room I changed from was great. The main issue I had was with the balcony door. It had a large gap that could let bugs inside. Because I could not get the yellow fever vaccine, I was terrifed of mosquitos coming in. As I stated earlier, the manager changed our room without any issue and the new room was perfect. I would reccommend this hotel to anyone going to Nairobi."

"The hotel is on 6 different properties close to each other in the Medina. I visited three of these (one with main reception and breakfast, one with the room I stayed in and a third with the spa). All were close by but its good to be aware of this. The staff were helpful with the luggage and with booking taxis, spa, excursions etc. "
