"The hotel was not so far from the airport, it was nicer to check-in late and the staff was so welcoming. The whole process was qick and easy. Our room was clean, Muhammad who was in charge of our block was so welcoming and looked after us. All pools was clean and lots of activities planned by the entertainment crew. "Dear all As an overall experience, it’s fantastic, however, I believe the main positive point is that all staff are polite and respectful in dealing with guests. Special thanks and hats off to (1) Mohamed, swimming pool 38, and (2) M. Zaky, F/O Manager. Thank you all employees/staff of Sultan Gardens Resort, who I think the main reason of hotel success, as there are many nice hotels same like Sultan, but not all nice hotels have these polite, gentle and respectful staff. "It was the 1st time for me to try rixos chains but definitely it will not be the last. The hotel facilities and services is perfect. The stuff was very helpful and the room was clean and tidy. The shuttle bus is fast every 5 to 10 mins there is a shuttle bus. You don't need to wait along to find a place in the shuttle bus.
