Do not forget to request it in advance so it is ready at the time of your arrival, remember that it will be a pleasure to receive you and your guests :)

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the house and amenities. The wood and charcoal for the indoor fireplace, the oven and the grill are included you just need to request it in advance in order we can have it ready :)

We are at your service for any additional requirement.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located within a quiet and secure private condominium 15 minutes from Tepoztlán and Cuernavaca by car. We are surrounded by nature, mountain scenery, and similar condominiums.

Getting Around:
You can walk quietly within the subdivision.

In case you require the purchase of fruit, vegetables, meats, etc., we can provide you with the telephone number of reliable and good quality local establishments and they will take it to the door of the house. You can also order food through delivery apps.

We have the phone number of a very safe taxi site, you can also use Uber service.

Other Things to Note:
Our neighbors are very important to us, so we ask you to respect the house rules, especially those that have to do with reducing noise levels between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. The condo staff is asked to enforce the house rules on our behalf.

Please consider that the house has slopes, balconies, stone finishes and large windows, so we do not recommend going with small children. If they attend, they must be supervised at all times and not be left alone.

Inside the property there are many areas with wood finishes. We ask you in the most attentive way and for the safety of all, to verify that after using the grill and the fireplace they are completely turned off.
-An additional cleaning fee will be charged for long stay reservations (+8 days) for every additional week

Interaction with Guests:
The delivery of the keys and in case of requiring the cleaning service.

It is very important to us that all areas of the house are in perfect condition, especially the cleanliness of the pool. For this reason we ask for your understanding and we will appreciate if you allow the access of the people who clean the pool to the gardento, they are trustworthy people and will help us to enjoy your stay to the fullest. The days in which they come are Monday, Wednesday and Friday (and some Saturdays), and they will knock on the door of the house ringing the bell.

Our trusted gardener is Mr. Rafael, there are some days when he goes to the house to clean and water the garden. In case he needs to go to the house during your stay, we will notify you in advance. He works early in the morning to avoid disturbing our guests.
