"The standout feature of this property is undoubtedly its location. To be honest, I likely wouldn’t have chosen this hotel if it weren’t for its beachfront setting. The rooms are in serious need of renovation. While the size was adequate and the balcony was a nice touch, the décor and fixtures felt outdated, and there was a noticeable mildew smell. "Very nice modest hotel. Being American, we are accustomed to having rooms with space. This isn't so much the same in Japan so it is hard to hold that against them but I feel more comfortable having enough space to open my suitcase and be able to walk around without it being in the way. Overall the hotel is very nice for the price. "
