« Our stay was excellent , our original room was having maintenance work done so we were upgraded to a Boutique suite which was beautiful , staff were excellent and friendly , evening meal in the restaurant was excellent with a nice atmosphere , and the breakfast was spot on and well organised with no queue for anything and was very calm , all in all a very nice stay. »

« Return stay. Stayed here many times over the last few years, always a warm and friendly welcome, good service, good food and nice rooms. Also, good for business travellers, breakfast available from 7.30, unlike so many country hotels. The Wheatsheaf is ideally positioned for me to travel out in whatever direction my work takes me. »

« Upon arrival to Berwick we had a difficulty in finding the hostel and had to ring for the directions unfortunately. There's no TV in our room, no internet access as well which is a bummer 😕😔 Apart from that it's good that our room is situated in the ground floor which is good for me since I'm a disabled and the bathroom is a big plus,too! »

This cottage is exceptional.. perfectly situated near beach, shops pubs etc, plenty parking options on a nice quiet street. Inside is really well decorated and has everything you could want or need in a home away from home. Comfy bed, cosy sofa and a hot shower. Would highly recommend the cottage and will definitely return. »
